Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing the Landrum family. We took a few family portraits, some head shots, and some photos of their opening-soon daycare.
The weather was absolutely perfect for a photo shoot and the Landrums have a beautiful, wooded, walking trail down the street from their home that made a great setting for a family photo.
I especially enjoyed interacting with their son, who alternated between flirting with me and completely ignoring me and wishing me away.
Things I learned from this photo shoot:
1. Check, double-check and triple-check your camera settings to avoid embarrassing yourself.
2. Next time, bring an assistant.
3. Be confident, smile and have fun!
