Year in Review -Portraits and Events!
2016 was a busy year! Not only did I shoot 110 houses and properties, but I also had the honor of photographing hotels in Idaho Falls, Tacoma, and Ocean Shores. When I wasn't shooting houses or hotels, I was capturing smiles. I did somewhere around 15 business head shots, 15 portrait sessions, a baby dedication, a baptism, an awards banquet, and a birthday party/band concert. I love this job!

Year In Review- Real Estate
In 2014 I photographed 51 homes listed for sale in the Portland-Metro area.
In 2015 I photographed 89 homes.
In 2016 I photographed 110 homes. Working part time only.
I was able to cut back my hours on my "day job", and with new, interesting, and fun technology to work with, plus a little more availability, I'm hoping to shoot 150 homes in 2017. Momma needs an SUV!
I love this job, and I'm grateful for all of the real estate agents that have worked with me this year. I've had the opportunity to photograph some beautiful, interesting, and even some "cosmetically challenged" homes. I was able to meet turtles, bunnies, deer, snakes, frogs, birds and many, many friendly cats and dogs.
Not very many dragons, though.

Baby Damien
While I don't photograph babies often, I did have the wonderful opportunity to capture a friend's new little one. Damien slept through the entire session, to the disappointment of his parents (who wanted some photos with his eyes open), but to the joy of the photographer. Babies are much easier to photograph when they are sleeping like little angels. It was so hard to choose my favorites from this session... they're all so cute!

The Hatton Family Portraits
I've had the privilege of photographing the Hatton family for over 2 years. It has been so much fun watching the kids grow and now they have the most adorable new addition! It's obvious that the boys are in love with their new sister, and who wouldn't be?

The Tone Brothers Birthday Bash
I got to tag along with the guys as they played for a birthday party in Sandy, Oregon. It was tons of fun, the food was spectacular, and I got to practice concert photography, which is much harder than you would think.
